55m² · Pure Luxury for Two

South balcony with 10m²: Madloch and Omesberg always in view. Wine cooler. Fireplace. Sauna. Stylish elegance. Pure relaxation.

    Amenities

    • 10m² South Balcony
    • Madloch View
    • Wine Cooler
    • Electric Fireplace
    • Finnish Sauna
    • Underfloor Heating

    The south balcony

The south balcony of Suite N°2 measures 10m². That is enough to sit on rather than merely step out onto, and it looks towards the Madloch and the Omesberg. The suite lives from this one side: south, all day.

At 55m², N°2 is the most compact of the six suites. Arriving after a long drive, you have nothing here to search for and nothing to divide up.

Kitchen, dining area, lounge and a second bedroom

The suite has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a designer lamp and a lounge with designer furniture. Next to the bedroom with its wood panelling and mountain view there is a second bedroom; Suite N°2 is occupied by two people.

The bathroom is an elegant spa bathroom, and the entrance carries accents of reclaimed wood.

    Sauna, fireplace, wine cooler

The Finnish sauna belongs to this suite alone: no time slot, no waiting list. Alongside it an electric fireplace, a Liebherr wine cooler, a minibar and underfloor heating throughout the suite.

For two people, a kitchen of your own mostly means breakfast in your own time. The house serves it as well: Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 to 10:00. The restaurant in the same building is open Monday to Saturday; Sunday is a rest day.

    N°2 or N°1?

The two suites for two differ in their outdoor space, not in their fittings. N°1 has an east terrace in addition to the south balcony and is slightly larger inside; N°2 has the one balcony of 10m² and the clearest floor plan in the house.

Added to that are the things that are the same for every suite: direct ski-in and ski-out access to the Ski Arlberg area with 305 km of slopes, heated and ventilated ski rooms with boot warmers in the house, and half board that can be added to your stay. Sunday is the exception, the rest day of the restaurant.

One space in the underground garage belongs to each suite. Additional spaces can be booked for a fee, subject to availability. There are charging points for electric cars in the garage, and dogs are welcome. The valley station of the Zuger Bergbahn is about a two minute walk from the house. If you are coming as four or more, Suites N°3 and N°4 are the next size up.
