The terrace is not a balcony
65m² of outdoor space to 90m² inside: that ratio is what makes Suite N°3. The terrace is covered, faces south and west into the Zugertal valley and is large enough to seat four people at one table.
Covered means it stays usable when it snows. The dining area inside also looks out at the mountains.
For four people everything is therefore within a few steps. If you need more room or a second floor, you will find both in Suite N°5 and in the Exclusive Penthouse N°6.
A full kitchen of your own
Suite N°3 has a full kitchen. If you stay seven nights and arrive by car, you notice the difference from the third day on: breakfast at the hour the family sets, warm milk at four, supplies that fit into no minibar.
Eating out remains possible at any time. The restaurant is in the same house, is open Monday to Saturday and has a kids menu of its own; Sunday is a rest day. The point of your own kitchen is not that you have to cook, but that you do not have to skip it every evening.
What else is in the suite
A Finnish sauna that belongs to this suite alone: no time slot, no waiting list. Alongside it a fireplace, a wine cooler, a minibar and underfloor heating.
Inside, walls of reclaimed wood, alpine photographs on the wall, a double bed under pendant lights. There is more than one bathroom: one with a designer sink, one with a rain shower, one under the sloping roof.
N°3 or N°4?
Both suites take four people. N°3 has the large covered terrace into the Zugertal and a Finnish sauna; N°4 sits under the roof, has a private elevator, a steam sauna and a whirlpool tub, and is larger inside.
One space in the underground garage belongs to each suite. Additional spaces can be booked for a fee, subject to availability. There are charging points for electric cars in the garage, and dogs are welcome. The valley station of the Zuger Bergbahn is about a two minute walk away, and the ski rooms in the house are heated and ventilated and have boot warmers.
Ski-in and ski-out access leads into the Ski Arlberg area with 305 km of slopes. Half board can be added to your stay, with Sunday as the exception.
