A house within the house
3,229 sq ft over three floors, four bedrooms and four bathrooms: the Exclusive Penthouse is not a large suite but an apartment of its own inside BALMA. Every bedroom has its own bathroom, and with eight people that is the difference between travelling together and staying together.
The balcony looks out over the alpine panorama. Inside there is honey-coloured oak, an antler gallery in the living room, and blankets by Hermès.
Four bathrooms to four bedrooms means nobody waits and nobody shares. With eight people that is the difference between large accommodation and accommodation that carries a whole week.
What stands in the penthouse
A home cinema, a real open wood fire and air conditioning. A sauna of its own, as in every suite of the house, and a spa bathroom. A dining area with a chandelier and a long table by the fire, seating eight without anyone having to go downstairs.
A wine cooler and a minibar belong to it, as everywhere in the house.
A workspace of its own
Over three floors with eight people, a separate home office is what makes a long week in February workable: whoever has to work a morning closes a door and leaves the party in peace. It is the quiet room of the penthouse.

N°6 cannot be booked online. It is allocated directly by the house, by enquiry and by date, not through a booking calendar. Write to us with how many of you are coming and when, and we will tell you what is possible.
What holds for every suite in the house holds here too: direct ski-in and ski-out access to the Ski Arlberg area with 305 km of slopes, heated and ventilated ski rooms with boot warmers, a restaurant in the same building from Monday to Saturday, and half board that can be added to your stay, with Sunday as the exception.
One space in the underground garage belongs to each suite. Additional spaces can be booked for a fee, subject to availability. For eight people one space is often not enough. There are charging points for electric cars in the garage, and dogs are welcome. For parties of up to six, Suite N°5 is the usual choice, with two floors, three bathrooms, a garden and a terrace.
